Roof Inspections and Maintenance Programs

Roofing systems today can have a twenty to thirty year life expectancy, but this can only happen with proper maintenance. Every major manufacturer requires yearly inspections.

Considering the high replacement cost, every additional year that a building owner can extend the life of their roof provides a strong financial reward.

We offer several different levels of inspection and maintenance programs from a basic annual inspection to a comprehensive maintenance program complete with drawings, photos and maintenance history reports. Each program is tailored to meet the specific needs of the owner and their roofing system type.

Safety

We have made a serious commitment to safety at all levels. All employees are required to have 10 hour OSHA Construction training and all foremen and project managers are required to have 30 hour OSHA construction training.

We partner with Safety Check to oversee our safety operations. Daily pre-job task cards are required. Employees participate in morning and lunch time stretches. Focus and preparation ensure that the employees are prepared for the tasks at hand.

A job hazard analysis is performed on all projects prior to the start with a specific safety plan specifically designed for each project. Every job presents its own challenges to safety that need to be addressed.
